Did not take the trip to Colorado, the only thing said was "coaches decision"

my guess is his time as a Duck is over. At the very least, this is his last season in Oregon, he will attempt to go pro after this year.

Such a shame, absolutely AMAZING athlete who has washed it all away for something probably very stupid. But at the same time this is a kid who his whole life has been able to dominate the game based off his athletic ability, well, if you cant remember to block or remember a play, you ain't going to play. But again, his whole life he hasn't even had to remember a play, it was just give it to Colt and go score.

He could have been one of Oregons best TE's ever. Instead, he appears to be done.

Best of luck to him and his future, think if he can mature he could be one Hell of a football player.

What is it about TE's that make so many of them fuckups? Jeremy Stevens was one hell of a TE but a total hot mess off the field and there are many more with stories like that. Seems the Pats had one of their own TE's who fucked up...

Colt seems to have had enough of Oregon. Reason? Not given. Anyone know why? Maybe it was the suspension earlier in the year. Said hes not going to transfer but go for a professional career.

Colt was regarded as one of the best if not the best athletic TE in the nation, but Oregon had some good recruits and he was losing playing time, or not getting enough touches.

those close to him say he was getting upset with the failed promises that Chip told him he was going to be used a lot in the offense, felt like Chip never lived up to the promise and most certainly felt Helfrich didn't. Along with the younger TEs working harder and were better at the details, Colt I think just felt like he wasn't needed at Oregon.

Hes not. Oregon has recruited really well with TE over the years. I think they put out the last 5 in the NFL.

Expect alot more "drama" to follow Phill and HIS homies this year...and in the end the "Civil" unrest will bring down the house of cardz.
