Larry Hogan, the new governor of MD, in March had a press conference in front of the Bay Bridge saying he was going to roll back tolls for the state so the hardworking people can keep their money. And he did, for most areas. However he left the commuter plans untouched so the majority of the weekday drivers get no break at all. You know, the hardworking people he grandstanded he was helping.

I believe it probably has to do with hacking either computers or video game consoles to enhance or cheat your way through things. You can alter things to the way you want. That would be my guess.
