agreed. nothing is special about this at all. Its a tried and proven program put together for numbnuts like me who don't really know where to start or have hit a plateau in my own workout programs that I have created for myself over time.

I think almost 90% of people who want to get into better shape or get stronger don't know where to begin, and this program solves all of my headaches at researching different exercises and reading through so many bodybuilding blogs sites.

Dieting is THEE hardest to stay disciplined too. especially if all you know is McDonalds & Beer. It took me years to slowly cut out the bad shit. You can't do it all at once, you would go nuts and your body would feel weird trust me.

One of the main reasons that I'm doing this is for my kids. I want to be able to run with them, take them surfing, train Muay Thai with them in 6-10 years from now. I don't want to be some deadbeat couch ridden father that doesn't do anything with his kids.

I'm 40 yrs old and in better shape than I was when I was in my 20's and in the Army.

Me and my oldest about a month ago.
