1st day of the Insanity workout! I thought I had some decent conditioning..

Going to supplement this with full body weight training 2x a week.

I hear its better than P90x and you dont need any equipment, just your body weight. Convenient.

my wife has been doing a tougher bootcamp than I have, and this morning she says
"Do my thighs look bigger?"
before I could say "No dear", I burst out laughing and called her a 110 lb cliche.

If I'm sweating my ass off and gasping for air... ITS GOOD. The one thing I like is that you're not spending time on the ground doing crunches, you're fucking jumping around and shit. I like it so far, the video is really easy to follow and very motivating.

And yes, It doesn't require any equipment. Which is a plus for many people looking for a cardio program. But word to the wise, I would recommend that you at least be in somewhat decent condition and not somebody who just sat on a couch for 10 years. At least start walking or do basic body weight exercises for a month before you get into this. It can be discouraging to someone who hasn't done exercises for a long time.

there was a thread on it a long time ago, but to summarize:
1 - download Vuze (this manages your torrents)
2 - go to respected, somewhat protected website like Kiskasstorrents, or Demonoid.me (let me know if you need invite)
3 - search for what you want, click download torrent

I use Utorrent.. but whatever works. Demonoid is great, I love private trackers, less BS.
