The US Consumer safetly is looking into ways to help protect against poorly ventilated gas stove emissions but yet here we are.

Federal agency is considering a ban on gas stoves in the US, report says: 'Hidden hazard'

The CPSC has been considering a ban on gas stoves since the fall. Pollutants emitted from them have been tied to asthma and other respiratory issues.

This doesn't mean taking away existing stoves but stopping the sell of them going forward. I bet if the three wheeled ATV was still a thing they would be up in arms over that also.

IMO induction cooktops are where it’s at. Faster to heat up and wayyyyyy easier to clean.

I'll say this much about moving away from nat gas, if we're going to power all of our personal vehicles and all of our home heating and all of our home cooking etc. with electricity we better start figuring out a way to build new clean energy at a much faster clip than we're doing now.

Flight radar has been crazy to watch during this. Clusters of planes at every airport and nothing moving.

The news channels keep scrolling through live cam shots from various major airports, and ATL Hartsfield has a giant plume of smoke in the background and no one is talking about it.
