Oh, nothing like Orange County Convention center in January. Used to be there all the time for tradeshows then just went back recently after not being in the area for 5 years. It really has gone way down hill.

I think the ship has sailed on that one, even in the US most states' dirty energy production is declining and wind etc. is rising.

The problem is wind isn't nearly enough and most are replacing coal with natgas because cheap rather than going nuclear because $$$$$$ and so long as nukes cost $$$$$$ they're going to keep going with natgas.

Which is fine. It's not "green" (except in Ohio) but it's sure as hell a lot better than coal.
