That's actually pretty close to Mt. Washington here on Vancouver Island (elevation 1588 meters or 5210 feet in American). Some pretty good skiing there but they rely quite heavily on snow making equipment. With climate change though, there have been a couple of years recently where it hasn't been cold enough for them to even open the ski hill.

Is anything preventing articles of impeachment being submitted for Ohio senator JD Vance? It would likely amount to just a waste of time which is likely the reason nothing has been done, but he has abdicated his responsibilities through his actions and outright lies.

The Senate would have to vote to expel him, and I think I read somewhere the percentage is like 60%, so no real chance of it happening unless he himself eats a cat on live TV or we find out Matt Gaetz' part was at his house.
From Ohio's standpoint, there is no mechanism for a recall vote. Something that (provided the gerrmymandering ban gets through) activists want to get onto the next ballot. It had significant support many years ago when Jim Traficant was in office. But he was expelled by Congress before he went to prison, so it never materialized.
