I am 2+ eps in so far.

It is cheesy af. Keep your expectations low. This is pure popcorn schlep at this point. But with those expectations, it is enjoyable enough.

the first half of this season was fine... some typical cobra kai craziness, but i just accept that they live in a different universe as we do...

i dont like how the second half is being built up though... it seemed very forced to create the drama for the final 2 spots on the Cobra Kai side... as we know that Kenny is going to be the 6th, as they only showed 5... they only wanted to make one big reveal...

but the shame is that both Tori and Kenny had their redemption arc... they dont need to become villains again... especially when both were totally screwed by miyagi do

It made no sense that they picked Hawk over Kenny. Hawk legit lost to Dimitri. Kenny only lost to the new girl because he “got sick”. If they were honoring the competition, Kenny should have been chosen.

other than that i agree... but it looked like kenny left because they never showed him again after that scene... thats why i think(its obvious so i am not taking credit for it) that kenny will be the 6th on cobra kai.... just shocked they didnt reveal it.... as if we are supposed to be surprised...

i disagree, that was a total cheap shot... he was helping him up... he lost... the only reason they didnt make an issue about it was because Hawk chose friendship... Dimitri, still has growing up to do... Hawk is a completed(full maturity and redeemed) character, and the show uses him for that...

yea during that frat party fight... i was ready for some kids that knew Krav Maga, and just kick all the karate kids asses
