They never gave a name to guy who pledged his loyalty when they were freed. I assume that was supposed to be Terry.

Just finished S3. Certainly better than S2. The strength of the show, imho, is the dynamic between Daniel and Johnny. The kids are the set dressing. S2 abandoned that and decided to make the focus on the kids.

I mean they still did but it also transferred to the kids. But it’s still about their rivalry

My assumption is Terry Silver. Maybe he will be able to get Mike Barnes to come back in the fold as well since the Cobra Kai dojo really doesn’t have a lot of members at the moment.

First, this is almost the very definition of “guilty pleasure” tv. Even S1, which was the clear best season, had pretty amateurish writing.

Second, S3 is quite similar to S1. It gets the focus back on Johnny and Daniel. What could you have been expecting to think it is a continuation of S2?

the fact that the only person who tired to stop the fight is the one facing legal issues is pretty laughable

I didn’t think it focused as much on Johnny but more his father-son like bond he has with Miguel that he’s never been able to have with Robbie. But I did like how this season, we saw how Kreese came to be how he is. I felt like he was the most interesting character of the season since he was like a puppet master, manipulating situations to his advantage.

yea. And it is accurate showing how weak and ignorant most of society is to fall for that shit.

you knew this final battle was coming, and it’s still satisfying.

That’s what I tend to think but the one thing that makes me think otherwise is that the actor that played Silver in part three said he has no desire to act anymore. So if it is indeed Silver, it’ll either be a new actor, they’ll coax the original actor out of retirement or we’ll never actually see him and he’ll just send Barnes there.

They other guy had a cheesy pigtail. I was certain he was going to end up being Terry. But when he had the dietary iron supplement, that possibility kinda ended quick.

LOL. That's right. She's the least violent character with the exception of the cheerleaders, and yet she's apparently the only one facing a restraining order.

Robbie definitely should have an order restraining him from being within 100 yards of Miguel, but there was no mention of one, and Robby had no problem walking right up to a still recovering Miguel and trying to punch him.
