Every time I here Ian Rapoports name, I think they are saying Ian's Rap Report. Lol
Maybe he just feels bad for the browns
I wasn't thrilled about Caldwell, but after reading more about him and his interview -- He has grown on me a bit. He preached how fundamentals and discipline come first with him, though that could be just saying what he knows what the team wants to hear.
The part I was impressed with. From what I read -- they said he had every single pass attempt made by Stafford in 2013 put on tape and watched every single pass attempt and broke down the problems with his mechanics and gave examples of drills they can do to correct these throws.
It obviously shows he is very detailed oriented and is willing to put in the time to help Stafford grow as a QB. In today's NFL, where passing the football is king -- Getting a coach in that would help Stafford grow as a player would be huge.
