One theory on why he hasn’t gotten a job is that Andy Reid is the defacto offensive coordinator and he needs to branch out away from Andy to get that head coaching job. That could be what’s happening there. I blame guys like Matt Nagy and others in Andy’s tree for failing.

I don’t think the guy is blaming anyone. He wants to be a head coach and he has a right to take the criticism that’s been offered and go seek a path that gets him there.

Yes. Andy is done with him. He only had a one year deal

Looking like Shane Steichen will be the Colts HC. They just have to iron out the contract details supposedly but both sides in agreement and Indy calling other candidates to let them know they aren't in the running. Just saw Adam Schefter reporting this. Sorry I can't post the link guys. Having some issues.

Eagles will be looking to promote Brian Johnson, current QB coach, to offensive coordinator. Colts may be getting a good one. The Eagles are 23-7 since the Eagles 2-5 start in 2021 when Sirianni handed play calling over to Steichen.

Also… the last time the Colts hired the offensive coordinator of the Eagles as their head coach the Eagles won the Super Bowl so this was great news this morning.
