Agreed on everything here. For Boston to feel that way is one thing. For someone who is neither a Boston player, coach, or fan to "hope they send LeBron or Kyrie into the stands"... that's where things start to look classless, IMO.

Very rare that a flagrant foul is so obvious.

Don't see a lot of NBA players INTENTIONALLY going after the throat area of another player because his teammate got injured on a BASKETBALL PLAY.
