Maybe it's unrealistic to think this way, but thats 6 too many. He just flat out does not have what it takes to be the closer. Ive seen a few posts on here that are against Diaz because he is so young and all the pressure that's involved, but to me he has already showed extreme confidence since his first pitch in the majors.

As an M's fan and after they blew a 6 run lead, I can understand why. It was actually one of the best Sunday night games Ive watched in awhile, very entertaining. Maddon moved Wood from the mound to LF from one inning to the next and then an inning later back to the mound. Casual baseball fans wouldn't have been impressed probably, but it was a fun game to watch, since I really had no dog in the fight
