Dustmop looked like a genius starting RuPaul and Hanahan. Got 4 errors out of that tandem as they single handedly gave the game away. That's good managing there. RuPAUL I can live with but not Hanahan after Frazier broke the slump. You took any confidence Frazier had and crushed it. IDIOT MOVE.

Dusty did this with Cozart a couple of weeks ago. The guy had 4 hits and the next game, Izturis is playing SS.

Dusty has done this through out his career. He has some dumb idea that if a guy is coming out of a slump and starting to get hot. It helps if you sit him down.

I know he buys into the hunch theory that if a guy is in a funk, he's only one game from coming out of it and that hot streaks are usually over by the time the TV crew realizes it. He might be right but a hunch here and there is not the same as an overall strategy.

Meanwhile, the Reds missed a chance to actually tie the Cardinals this weekend.
