15 starts, 90 innings pitched, 35 earned runs, 130 strike outs, 21 walks, ERA of 3.49 and a WHIP of 0.974 yet he's only 3-7. I know his first few starts were pretty ugly, but that is crazy.

It's actually amazing that this wasn't figured out earlier in baseball history. Nolan Ryan went 324-292 lifetime in the big leagues. You would think that would have created a wave of baseball fans going "Yeah, maybe this win/loss thing comes down to more than just the starting pitcher".
