But Scherzer falling victim to a bad defense reminds of the days when the Nats had Ian Desmond at short and Ryan Zimmerman at third. I knew every time a grounder was hit to the left side of the infield, odds were high there was gonna either be a misplay or a bad throw. The good ole days.
