The Bears play calling is 50-50 right now. It really should be 65 Run-35 Pass, but Tice is too timid to defy the pattern of the rest of the league, even if it would help his team out.

Instead, he benched Carimi, who might be the best run blocker in the league. I think Tice is a great guy, but he is so over matched as OC.

Their run-blocking has been shit too. Sure, last year they did alright, and even at times, early this year, but it's been against teams they SHOULD be able to push around, i.e. inferior teams, with weak defenses. Running the ball is great and all, but when you are averaging less than 4 yards per carry, it's tough to stick with it.

Carimi may have been a blue-chipper at one time, but the knee injury last year, (which, by all means was a brutal injury) has taken him down many notches. Right now, he is lucky he has a job. Some have done better than other this year, but on Monday nite, they were all awful. Our Tackle-tandem is easily the worst in the league...by a landslide.
