Funny stuff, dougy.

On planet Earth, we all know that Verlander is a whiney twat who withers under the bright lights. In three World Series starts, he's 0-3 with a 7.20 ERA.

No heart. None. At all.
Don't be hatin

I think the only way Klubot doesn't pitch game four, if the Indians are up 3-0

Makes sense, but even so, the Cleveland in me says don't let up until it's over. Even with a 3-0 lead, I'd rather Kluber have two chances to close it out than one.

That said, I think it's HIGHLY unlikely they'll be up 3-0.

Yeah, I get the feeling Cleveland is going to be down 2-1 by then.

I'm not some start nerd so I don't know how well Chicago's hitters do when they face a guy twice within a week. Should be interesting to see how well he does in Wrigley.

Yeah, especially if Francona is 11-0 in his WS career at that point...why would he want a loss. Just give the ball to Kluber lol

Chicago has the pressure, they have all the expectations of winning, they have to win on the road, and they can't afford one loss at home.

No question the Cubs' lineup is formidable, but I feel like people are overlooking what the Indians' pitching (not just Kluber and Miller) has accomplished so far this postseason.

Measured by 2016 RS, the Indians have faced the #1 offense three games, the #3 offense in one, and the #9 in five. The pitchers not named Miller or Kluber have combined for a 2.57 ERA.

The age old adage, good pitching beats good hitting. Hitting just gets the highlights.

Also, if I we're ranking teams' offensive potential, I'd rank the 2016 Blue Jays much higher than 9th.

At least they moved the start up an hour.

I was really happy to see that last night. Sucks for the rest of the country, but maybe I'll get to sleep before midnight.

Exactly! I'm going to hurting as it is. I didn't home until 12:45 last night. I was pretty wired, when I got back. I have no idea when I actually feel asleep.

that was at the Jake - iffen it was at Wrigley and the Cubs were losing it would have been a much different scenario
They call it the Friendly Confines for a reason. Cubs fans are not dicks. You're just making shit up.

Arrieta is a poster boy for PEDs. His whole career he has been shitty to mediocre and then all of the sudden he blows up past his prime.

He has been pretty mediocre for much of the 2nd half this year. Chances are he got wind of tests and dropped his cycles.
You are one dumb lying fuck. Oh. You're a Cards fan. Redundant.

EDIT: I see that everyone else in this thread has thoroughly embarrassed you. Funny reading. Dunce.
