I think it's true but the wack alignment allowed for this. I really think there are only 3 legit Big 10 teams this year.

I think the Big 10 is awesome this year. They deserve to be mentioned as the top dog. I just can't justify leaving out the Pac 12 champ with 1 loss in order to place two Big 10 teams in the playoffs. Especially when one of those teams will have more losses than Washington. If all things were equal on a losses standpoint, then maybe this discussion makes sense.

You dont need explain why y'all keep losing to Ohio St. It's bc Harabugh is overrated and so is your team usually. This year was a different story but you wont EVER see a less experienced Ohio St team than this year and you STILL lost. Damn
Simple. You guys had a well oiled machine. Harbaugh is still playing catchup but is starting to even it out. Cooper had many experienced teams lose to Carr underclassmen iirc.

Harbaugh was hired at the last second and we had a 2015 recruiting class that was a disaster. When Tressell came in, he still had Cooper's elite recruits and was able to make them better ala Harbaugh and Carr was obviously overrated and just another Cooper who won those OSU games because he was an intern coach from Bo and Moller's staff. I am of the opinion that if Moller wasn't popped for a DUI, Michigan would have been more dominant in the 90s but one can only speculate.

I'm saying a lot of those guys were still under performers this year. That O-line is soft except for 2/3 players. Kalis was a 5 star recruit and now is going to be a late round draft pick. He sucks and is soft. I will retract that statement if he is the next Jake Long or Joe Thomas.

Long had a good start to his career, 4 Pro Bowl selections his 1st four years. None in his last 5. Injuries have something to do w/ that though. Thomas on the other hand has made 9 Pro Bowls (6x 1st team) & has never missed a game in his 11 year career. Sadly he's the best thing the Clowns have.:L

Meyer never had overrated recruits. His recruits win national championships something Harbaugh has never accomplished and never will.
Tressel had overrated recruits. He did a piss poor recruiting job until Carr retired.

Kalis was a high level recruit whom was suppose to be the next great Michigan tackle. But he was a bust and had to move inside for awhile before being a RT iirc. He is trash and one of the main reasons we didn't have a potent rushing attack against some of the better teams.

Seriously man. He under performed as a recruiter but was an amazing coach. That was the main reason he lost to the SEC those years.

I didn't realize Kalis was supposed to be UofM's next great T.

He barely reached the top 20 in a lot of those years for recruitment ranks before Carr retired. That was unacceptable. He picked it up once Dick Rod was hired and was a disaster.

You're right about that. I get your point, that just wasn't the first time I've seen someone say Colorado was 'killed' in the last 24 hours, and that's just not how I remember the game.

The way I see it is if Washington beats Colorado they're in. But I don't think the same is true for Colorado. If they beat you guys, I think the PAC gets left out.

Those years were so weak. Then we both got prolapsed in the bowls. Carr to USC particularly.

It doesn't matter we didn't win the conference. Only way Michigan gets in is if almost every favorite next week loses.

I agree, I think it's over for Michigan. But I think Colorado is locked out as well.. even with a PAC conf. title.

Seriously atleast Carr made those games against OSU close. Dude grabbed his ankles with no lube once he played Carroll.

The B1G recently signed a big fat ass contract with ESP1N during this last off season and seeing how ESP1N is known to be bigger lying fvks than CNN and MSNBC combined ... I don't put much stock in anything those propaganda tools have to say.

Dude it was true. Osborne is very similar to Tressell. Then he finally got some monster recruits when Oklahoma was down. That is an excellent example.

If Oklahoma wasn't dog shit during that time. Lawrence Phillips goes to the Sooners.
