Ouch again … not sure zing or holiday woulda helped but … they still gotta get someone behind hauser

Of course no one can ever be "sure"... but being down 2 starters is no small thing.

It affects both the top of the line-up and the bottom.

So yeah... it'd be nice to have better deep depth behind Hauser... but come the playoffs, (if healthy) the point is moot... we're never going that deep in the bench in the playoffs anyways.

Ok, some of that is frustration with Hauser … he seems to me to have been on the verge of a breakout player such as what Pritchard did this year … i agree with some of the fans that Craig should’ve played more against the cavs

Hauser is the definition of a 1 trick pony... but the trick is pretty good in today's NBA.

I'll give him credit for at least hustling on defense, but he's a weak link there... no doubt.

It'd be nice to have an upgrade over him, but it's next-to-impossible to have no weaknesses whatsoever on a professional team roster with a salary cap hanging over it.

I just read the latest rankings yesterday and how dominant the cavs now are with the thunder and Celtics behind them and the lakers being the sleeper … I hope they all make it to the playoffs healthy … if not, we’ll see how important a bench is

Playoffs often come down to a little luck....or who can remain healthy (or have opponents not be healthy).

I think this is a good era of competitiveness compared to times when so many teams rely on so few players … the top 3 teams exemplify this … so f*ck the lakers

I think everyone agrees run ‘n gun bball is lousy, but if there’s an open, take the shot. The Celtics are (usually) great at finding the open man and every position can shoot … including some on the bench

It depends. Teams need to let success be their guide.

If the 3 is falling...by all means...keep shooting.

If it's not falling...stop shooting it for a while...then go back to it later in the game.

If a team is shooting and hitting 3's at a good clip...that can be fun and exciting.

But if they're shooting and missing most of them...the game becomes unwatchable.

Mazulla gets heat for letting his players continue shooting when they’re not dropping, but he advocates that good looks are important when comparing the % … I agree he’s sometimes wrong, but …

yep, each player gotta be able to mix it up fer sure …
watching the Celts toss up a three when the team seems cold really contracts the sphincter … but so many times they drop and prove me wrong … but I’m old I guess
