I don't. I imagine he will settle out of court with the guy he beat the hell out of, and it will go away. Maybe some community service.

on a football field Benson looks like an aveage guy standing next to 350 lbs linemen..

in actuality he's a 6'2 240 lbs world class athlete... no reason for him to ever hit someone other than self-defense... he almost killed that dude..

Nobody has been suspended for transgressions committed during the lockout; however, this is a different case. Benson is the first to plead guilty. My guess is he does get suspended.

What a disgrace this organization is. A guy has to stop in the middle of the season to turn himself in to go to jail....nice. What a joke.
