At one point they had a 32-17 lead.....

They now trail Detroit 90-64

Perhaps the Pistons will be like the Raptors when they rid themselves of Rudy Gay.

Addition by subtraction:noidea:

Did Kevin Love sign an extension?

He was benched the entire 4th quarter against the Magic. Anybody else notice that?

This is why we look at RPM, and Pts per 100 possesion on defense and offense. Instead of Pts, rebound, and assists. Some players out there disrupte every body else's game. That's what you always have to put into consideration when judging a player

No shame in that. No Josh Smith means that Detroit is clearly heading for the Finals

Lebron seems to undermine and not get along with his coach to well. He also has a rocky relationship with Kyrie Irving. Despite the Numbers i do not believe this team is better without Varejao. And even if it were so, that still leaves a gap of minutes that will have to be made up by someone who probably cant match what varejao can. Love seems to have found a spot for himself while the rest of the team seems to be waiting for Lebron to take over. While his skills have not diminished, Lebrons explosiveness has. He dont get up or down the lane as fast as he once did, but the ceiling was already high to begin with so its not to noticeable. At this point they should be meshing.

And i may not know a lot, but seeing so many Lakers titles has shown me one thing about the Regular season. If your team is talented you dont lose by 20, not even once. And if you do there are many circumstances beyond your control. I dont see to many excuses for this team.

They havent gotten their shit together, and ive heard rumblings of trades.

I dont see it happening anytime soon.

No chance that any team is ever better without a Varejao, the guy just does too much for that to be true.

I agree with thunder...side show bob provided them with interior defense and some post presence. they have none now. they may still get out of the East...although I think Chicago will now. But if they do, the Western conference team will likely win the series 4-1.

He had a good 1st game with Houston. Tonight? Not so much.

Getting Brewer was the bigger acquisition for Houston imo.

No way are the Cavs better without Varejao. He's a perfect starting center for them as he plays defense and rebounds, he doesn't worry about shots (Dwight Howard should take note).

LeBron turns 30 in two days. He really cant afford wasted seasons at this point in his career. Let's say the Cavs fail to get out of the East...and Love splits for LA (a real possibility I believe), then what? Does he dare bolt Cleveland again?

LeBron could only help the Cavs win if he was a witch doctor.
