not this year but maybe on the contract year. hard to say they have given so much to this team and city and took an easy $1M to $1.5M pay cut per year of their contract to stay in Vancouver so its a delicate situation

some people 'round these parts are suggesting it ... people are saying they are done as players

They have NTC's ... imo, i think they should talk about extension now and see how much of a discount they would take for tacking on years ... if its deep (ie dropping to below 5 per), extend them

Burrows NTC kicks in mid July iirc so now is the time to trade him ... if they keep the sedins, next year they can go fulltime with Kassian on their wing

which is the precise reason we need to move Burrows. Kassian can take that spot and if he cant succeed with the Sedins then well that was a fukt trade.... I love burrows (yep I do - just not the shit stuff) and he is a solid player on so many levels he would be great in Montreal

im with you on this. I would not be upset that Kesler was traded. maybe a nice package deal to edler and kesler to philly or maybe even Detroit

thought he struggled physically abit but what do you want from a 20 year old dman who isnt a tree ... especially in some matchups with Thornton ... but he fought for position real well
