I think it would be great if Canada chose that goalie from their 2010 Gold Medal winning team. At least for the rest of the teams in the Tourney.:

I know in a least one major sport some players get better with age. Maybe the Twins will find the fountain of youth.

Watching Staios, Mottau & Eaton patrol the Isles blueline last year was like watching paint dry. It was also amazing to watch how Rolston had apparently lost the ability to play the game & then out of nowhere figure it all out after he was traded to Boston. WTF.

yeah heard that. I think he is also turning up the heat on the luongo move as I think he wants it done before the cba expires but that WONT happen. I think Edler will sign by Saturday however. not sure on Burrows

I didnt get that impression at all ... he just said that they cant make a trade during the lockout period

the "fire sale" comment makes it sound like he's getting what he wants in a trade or Luongo isnt going anywhere ... i didnt sense any urgency

im more believing he is trying to turn it up so he can maximize it before the unknown.
