His Rookie season? He even played 16 games one other time.
The Colts sent Jim Caldwell packing before he could install his conservative way into Luck... that is Lucky as all get out.Like the Colts did for Luck?

Dennis Shaw was the first ROY, in 1970.
Went 3-8-1 with 10 TDs and 20Ints. Idk, shitty class I guess.
I'd kill for Jim Caldwell. His Rookie season?

Staff went #1 in 09. Timmy has him beat 1 to nuthin too.
RGIII had a winning recordThere'd have to be really underwhelming performances from almost all the marquee skill guys.
No TE has ever won.
9 QBs have. 3/9 had losing records. The most recent being Cam Newton in 2011. But he threw for 4K and ran for over 700. And was a ProBowler as a rookie.
In other news, RGIII still isn't 30.
TrueRGIII had a winning record
Cam & Bradford were #1 picks.
Lions HC's with Winning Records during the Super Bowl era... Joe Schmidt '67-'72 (43-34), Gary Moeller '00 (4-3) and Jim Caldwell '14-17 (36-28)... evidently the Lions couldn't have that, so Caldwell got fired. From the looks of it the HC clown parade is on a roll again.(Two best seasons of attendance in Ford Field history were under Caldwell.)
High draft pick QBs are obviously picked by terrible teams.
So if a QB has a high end year but his team has a losing record.
Is it possible for them to win the rookie of the year?
