If push comes to shove, I have more confidence in Martin playing RT if need be.

Me too, but that isn't a 2015 option. I have confidence Martin could play anywhere on the line. You don't normally move a guy that in his rookie year may just have been the best Guard in all of Football, but if Collins is not seen as a Tackle at all by this team it wouldn't shock me to see Martin move to RT.

Personally I am and have been a huge Leary fan, so that certainly affects my opinion on the matter. If it were my call though I'd probably leave Martin. Maybe he would be as good at RT, but he was friggin amazing at RG. I think Collins will be fine at RT.

Maybe, but when you move a starting G to replace a injured T you now have two guys playing backup spots. I'd prefer keeping starters in their posistion, unless it is absolutely necessary.

Yes. Even if one of the starters gets hurt and Weems shits the bed and we don't want to move Collins we still have our 3rd round pick in the mix. Lots of things to happen before we would move Martin this year for sure. Not likely to happen...

Well, if they think they need him he won't be "stashed". So I would assume at some point he will be available.

It all comes down to putting the best 5 on the field. I think if Free were to go down that would mean Martin @RT & Collins @RG

Cowboys waived WR George Farmer.

Farmer has great measurables and got an aggressive UDFA signing bonus after going undrafted out of USC. Although it was evident on Farmer's college tape, the Cowboys needed to see he couldn't catch in practice before cutting him.

Found this tidbit interesting. Was reading through ESPiN's Dallas page and came across this from Archer. I had to re-read it twice. Should we expect to see more of Gregory than we've been led to believe? In Rod we trust.

If Leary does indeed end up beating Collins out and keeping his job for at least the start of the year I hope we get Collins more time at Tackle than we have been in case it turns out he is needed there at some point this year

Not saying you are wrong, but I don't remember ever seeing him that high on the boards, I can't even racall him as a top 10 pick.

Edit: went back and checked, he was in fact that high at one point.
