Yes he is a petulant child.
LOL! The NFL is FULL of them... and the Cowboys have more than their fair share.
I'm also quite certain that had it been Romo, you'd be high-fiveing your buddies, and calling the fan a cry-baby.
I just can't see Romo doing something like that. He plays golf. When was the last time you saw a golfer go into the gallery and grab something from a fan?
Maybe he'd send his caddy?
But my point is, there are plenty of "children" playing the game.
Of course I wouldn't have been giving folks the high five for such childish behavior. Tony wouldn't be that immature as to take a fan's banner and destroy it.I'm also quite certain that had it been Romo, you'd be high-fiveing your buddies, and calling the fan a cry-baby.
I think you are assuming too much by saying that stadium policy trumps everything. If this went to court, a judge would decide the validity of the stadium policy, and even if the judge found it valid, the judge would then look at whether the stadium policy was followed properly and whether any contractual rights or property rights were violated.
If the Panthers don't settle this now, it will wind up in court because let's face it, pretty much anyone can file a lawsuit over anything, unless a person has previously been declared a vexatious litigant. The most likely outcome is that whomever is legal counsel for the Panthers will tell them that this whole thing is not worth it and to just pay the guy $500 and give him free tickets. Why would the Panthers' lawyer want to waste time and money doing legal research and preparing legal pleadings to defend a lawsuit? On top of that, why would the Panthers let this drag out and possibly subject Cam to going to court?
No. It doesn't work that way.
Again you are simply wrong. You DO have a right. That right can be rescinded if you violate the T&Cs of the ticket. Security has a right to confiscate signs if the owner doesn't take it down. They don't have a right to keep it.
One more time. I started this thread. You came into this thread with a contrarian argument against what I said. So for you to call me a contrarian is simply hypocritical.
There is substantial case law already on the books in regard to stadium policy and the legal fine print on the back of the ticket. He would lose.
He will get a replica of his banner, and that will be the end of it.
a lot of type 2's still posting, i see.two types of people are upset about this;
1. bitter packer fans
2. idiots

I am surprised anyone gives a fuck about this.
Vandalism is your idea of fun?
