The main arguments against Panarin are his age, the fact he's already played professional hockey, and the fact he got his points playing with Patrick Kane. Of course, Patrick Kane also has his best season points-wise playing with Panarin and I have to think Artemi had a little something to do with that. As long as he meets the eligibility requirements for the trophy, he should take it home.

Jackets also just signed a defenseman named Nutivaara today. I think they just don't have the heart to fire Jeff Rimer, and instead are trying to get his tongue to explode.

I would love a line of Hannikeinen, Bjorkstrand and Puljujarvi with Werenski and Goloubef (He's called him Cody Goldbeef before) on D and Koorpisalo in net. Rimer would just die.
