"Physically" might not be able to compete but she certainly could shoot the lights out on them
Well, keep in mind she would be using the larger ball. The mindless concept that she could play in the NBA is just that mind less.
The speed of the NBA game would exhaust her by the end of the first period. In the NBA the guard running at her as she shoots would be 6'5" not 5'10", and when she drives (if she actually could fake her defender) the defender under the basket would 6'11" or more, not 6'7" (at most). Any physical contact would be with someone weighing 80 pounds (or more) than her, not 25 pounds (at most).
Any State Championship High School boys' team would crush the NCAA Women's Champion. The WNBA champions would have no chance against a Division 3 Men's team.

For reference, the US Women's Soccer team actually lost to a high school boys' team.

Teams at all levels need to stay in their lane. There is a reason middleweight boxes don't try for the heavyweight belt.

Albeit Caitlin does do some amazing stuff, a good high school team would beat the WNBA champions.

An example of how large the talent gap is between men and women in sports is, Lleyton Hewitt and Kim clijsters were dating when they were both world number ones and used to practice together. Kim clijsters said she would be lucky to even get points off Lleyton Hewitt.

Yeah that is true... Shot for shot she most likely could compete.

Problem is she could not get the shot off. But in the three-point competition she might compete. However, maybe not do so well with the NBA size all. The size of the ball is responsible for the higher free-throw percentages in the WNBA and College game.
