How do you guys feel about Bob winning the Vezina? I'm honestly happy for Bob. However, a part of me is frustrated because we had this guy last season and traded him away because of Bryzy. We see how this worked out... I know that the Flyers did not see this coming.. I want to add that a similar situation in the near future may occur again w Errickson being picked up by Vancouver. Can the fucking Flyers get their shit together and be patient w goaltending? I'm curious if Bob would have put up these numbers in a Flyers uniform?

I don't think Bob was necessarily traded because of Bryz. I think Bob was traded because he was average at best his last year with the Flyers. He was the fastest side to side goalie can remember seeing but he was not good with the Flyers.

i think it was a combination of the two.. he was bad so the flyers got bryz, and then bryz was bad 'because he was competing with bob' so bob was traded.. i really dont fault homer for that trade.. given the situation, ahe got pretty good value for bob.. i think it was a 2nd and 3rd for him.. whether or not lavy/snider should've given up on bob so quickly the year before is where the debate lies IMO

I'm happy for Bob, but you would have been declared mentally insane if you thought a year ago Bob would win the Vezina this season. We traded Bob without knowing we'd have amnesty buyouts, and Homer had no choice.

You guys think that some team would take DB on as his salary isn't bad this year only cap high. Some teams need more cap. Although he may squash a trade. It would be nice though to get something for the guy as he can still play.

i think briere will just put a stop to any trade.. he cares more about where he goes than money at this point, i think if he cant stay in philly, he'll want to see what every option he has is

Asshat Timmy P is at it again and I'm taking the bait boys... I'm interested in the idea of this trade, but I have to think of a scenario how this could actually work under our cap issue? We need to extend Giroux.. Bobby Ryan and Anaheim's 1st round pick for the Flyers 11th pick and Coburn. We may hVe to throw in somebody else in the mix. I wonder if Anaheim would entertain the idea of Hiller in a trade w Ryan?? Anyway, not buying into this shit agIn.
