That's all fine and dandy but it certainly looked like a concussion at the time and he stayed in the game. He definitely should've been checked in my opinion.

I won't argue that. but everybody on the field knew he was dragging a hip and in pain.....

That is not my take at all. My take is he took a concussive hit and knew the consequences so he feigned the hip injury. It was completely on him.

Not at all... I'm just reflecting on what I saw/thought when it happened. He got smoked by Chancellor (the type of hit that is now a penalty) it just seemed more cobb webs than the hip.
