^ well Pedro with another HR tonight.

So far so good tonight, Locke is pitching serviceable for a 5th starter.

Yup, that sweep was undoubtably my fault. My series threads have ended badly each of the past two years, and they will probably end badly if I start them this year.

So it goes.

I dont think it was your fault.

Cutch might need a DL trip, you could tell he was hurt on the Votto homer :puke:

If you havent seen it, check out his jump to get the Votto Homer, its like he has a 6 inch vertical:

I was at the game Friday. Cutch hit a grounder to an infielder, can't remember who, but I remember thinking that it was going to be a close play at first. Looked at Cutch and he was literally jogging down the line. He is definitely not right right now.

Cutch!

4-2 Bucs after that three-run shot.

Casey Sadler did what we needed him to do. Nice outing from him. Hughes on now.

Not many people are going to get on base if Caminero keeps attacking the strike zone. Gennett made a great swing to lift a splitter below the knees to the outfield, but guys are going to miss that more often than not.

Camimero touched 100 twice, one right on the outside corner, and the other right at the knees, sat 98 otherwise, and his splitter was filthy. 91 mph with hard movement down and in to righties. His slider kept backing up on him, though, and he was missing his spots with it.

The Bucs appear to be starting to get on track a bit now. Taking advantage of a bad Brewers team to do it, but this 10-run explosion was a good step.

As I said in the I'm Bored thread, this explosion was just the jolt of confidence they needed going into the series with the Tigers.
