I mean, they committed a really obvious false start on the third down play to Bell on that last drive. That is going to piss me off more than anything. That, and the part of the game where Ball was injured.

Are you referring to the timeout on the play while the clock was already stopped on an incompletion? Because that makes a lot of fucking sense to me.

2nd and 21, sure, though I still don't like it. 3rd and 8, what the fuck are you doing? MSU had converted something like 3 of those already tonight!!!

The last one has nothing to do with time left, obviously at that point he knew the clock was stopped and he wouldnt need it anymore anyway, but that doesnt mean he has to use it. I wouldnt have given the opposing team time to get there nerves under control. That time out, too me seems like the opposite of icing the kicker. The 3rd and 8 they would have had 30 seconds to go like 20-30 yards with a timeout, if they made that stop. i dont think it was a very bad time out.

Yep. Again, the whole play just looked really off to the point where I was stunned it wasn't called. I think the refs got caught up in the moment, which is understandable.
