I think other teams have been busy scouting the Flames especially their zone breakouts and have figured out the way to disrupt them. Bob and the coaching staff need to mix things up and adapt or it's going to be a long season.

He's a not bad junior coach where motivation and emotion rule the roost. He's pretty bad at Xs and Os at the NHL level though.

They should have fired him after Game 7 against the Blackhawks when he failed to make a single adjustment for 3 periods. The Blackhawks short shifted their forwards the entire game & Bruce just stood behind the bench & watched.
