Just so you know, I'm up about 50 large FanDuel, Draftkings, combined.
I highly doubt it. The average payout is like 25 bucks, and the only reason it's that high is because of the 60 large I've won in the first six weeks. That's a whole other fat stack, but I won't be bragging on that till after the season is over.
83% makes a stack reaaaaaal Fat
You guys better get as much from DraftKings and Fan Duel as you can. Nevada Legislature has banned them from operating in Nevada and 13 states consider it illegal gambling. FBI has been assigned to investigate by the US Attorney General.
DK and FD claim it's not gambling, that it's a skill contest. If that's true, so are the weekly game cards handed out by the local bars that have been illegal since the 1950s.Exactly the same thing only the Mafia used to run the cards and the US government shut it down by about 80% under the RICO stature.
If DK and FD are legal, why can't I set up 8 slot machines in my garage??
Start by answering your last question. Because slots are a game of luck, and fantasy sports is a game of skill.
The govt has no case at the Fed level, they are the ones that wrote the exemption for betting on fantasy games.
Nev. is surely getting pressure from the casinos.
And the other states are angling for their handout, via taxation eventually.
They wont' shut it down, it makes billions and is growing. They just want a cut.
It's already shut down in Nevada. Oh and it is gambling, but then again so is LOTTO.
It's not gambling according to the Fed govt. They are the ones that labled it a game of skill and wrote in an exemption for it.
And NV wanted it shut down because it's killing the casinos stake in sports betting.
It's here to stay.
If FF is a game of skill so is straight sports betting and poker.
Ur a joke
The end
I'm not saying anything is or isn't. I simply telling what the Fed ruled it as.
It's not going anywhere, and it's cutting deep into sports game betting.
Everyone laughs at you, The End

Oh, they mean "shit". They mean fat stacks of cheddar. My picks are visible to anyone that is in the HOOP pickems on ESPN.

NEPATSFAN:
You are a phoney. If you had any integrity at all you would post your picks in advance.
Just so you know, I'm up about 50 large FanDuel, Draftkings, combined.
Want me to add the rest of the comments or is calling u a phoney setting in?
Wow, you quoted a couple of posters that not only think you're a doofuss, but laughed at you when you ran away after posting your phoney Ravens stats.
"I had to move the family to our new trailer park in Florida"
BWWaaaahahHAHAHAHA
I've always considered it gambling, and thought the NFL's anti Vegas stance was complete BS, since I could try to make money on the performance of teams and players through NFL.com
So you don't think FF can be reclassified by the feds.
@handicappers "60 large" fat stack.....I highly doubt it. The average payout is like 25 bucks, and the only reason it's that high is because of the 60 large I've been doing in the first six weeks. That's a whole other fat stack.
