What a disaster. This team is cooked. This team is a bigger disappointment than the 2012-2013 Lakers

This could be huge for them, they took a big swing with PP and KG...and missed. Pierce is of the books, KG retiring takes $12m off the books a year early.

If that happens they are right around the luxury at $76m...they don't have any draft picks but all of their remaining contracts are movable. Or they are right only slightly worse than they were before bringing in KG and Pierce and in the East that is the 3 seed this year.

Outside of Deron Williams, Lopez was the Nets most important player. I figured KG or Pierce would've been the one's to have a major injury.

Also, Bill Simmons is a tool. I think that's something we can all agree on.

Joe Johnson is owed 48+ million the next 2 seasons after this one. No GM or owner is going to touch that.

Well the next 3 seasons are going to be horrible. No first round picks, it is time to just clear contracts and hope in 3 years after DWill Joe Johnson are off the books to make a free agent splash. Lopez is officially injury prone and foot injury to 7 footers are devastating. Worst outlook for the franchise I can remember... Billy King probably will be fired soon I don't see him staying for another year or two. Kidd I am not sure about... If I wasn't so used to horrible management I would be more depressed so I guess theres that

That would explain why C-Rock was offering him to me for Anderson in our fantasy team - lmao

Sucks for them. They had just gotten most of their pieces back healthy and were starting to play better. They looked well on their way to competing for their division (which isn't saying much but still).

First the Bulls' season ends because of crippling injuries, and now the Nets... 2 of the Heat's 3 main EC competitors done, before the AS break.

Lets just hope the Pacers can stay healthy, otherwise LeEasyWayOut and the Heat will luck their way to (yet) another cakewalk to the Finals.

The Nets were sure looking like contenders before this injury.

What's that got to do with the fact that the Bulls, Pacers and Nets were expected to be the 3 biggest challengers for Miami?

You didn't say "expected" you said "First the Bulls' season ends because of crippling injuries, and now the Nets... 2 of the Heat's 3 main EC competitors done, before the AS break."

The Nets weren't contenders before the injury so it makes little difference. That also destroys your troll attempt and effort to use this to attack the Heat.

Fire Kidd now and ask KG to go home for the season. First two steps to recovery.

I can't say this hurts my feelings. I just hate that some of the Nets people will use it as an excuse.

"Just think what could have been if our 7-footer doesn't go down..." :rolleyes2:
