Not sure if anyone posted this yet so if you did I apologize but this is freaking hilarious.
Think you have a horrible boss? At least you’re not getting fired over your favorite football team, which is exactly what happened to 17-year-old Nathaniel Wentz this week.
Wentz, who worked at Odyssey 1 family entertainment in Tacoma, Wash., was told on Sunday to go home and change out of his Demaryius Thomas Broncos jersey despite management allowing employees to wear jerseys to work that day.
When Wentz’s father heard why his son had returned home he called the owner, who didn’t call back, so Nathaniel stayed home.
The next day he was fired.
“I thought wow, really,” the elder Wentz told 9News in Colorado.
"It was all about you can't. You can't represent your team. There's something wrong with that," said Wentz, a high school quarterback.
