What's crazy is how little of coverage he was getting for almost breaking the all-time NCAA record for steals. First time I heard he was that close... but damn, sucks to see him go down like that. I never want to see anyone suffer a career-ending injury. Not even to my worst enemy.

He led the NCAA in steals percentage for four straight years. That's absolutely insane. He's not a great offensive player, but it is a huge blow to a top 30 defense. I don't know if they'll be the same.

Yeah he really wasn't getting much at all. I knew he was a steals machine each year just from following but this was the first I heard he was about to break all time record.

Any injury that ends your season/college career blows but one that complete destroys multiple ligaments is just awful. Hopefully he is able to over come it.

As Smart said, he wasn't much of an offensive player but he ran the offense and was a crucial part of that havoc defense. Sucks.
