Well - I'd have to opine - that Shane Ray - has already broken out as a contributor - he does have ceiling still to get to the top of his talent.
Paxton Lynch - may be a breakout candidate - if Romo is signed and Siemian is traded or released - then Lynch will need to be ready to take over when Romo gets injured.

Good point. Very good chance with either Romo or Siemian here that Paxton would still get starts this upcoming season.
