Happy for Jameis. The ONLY thing that sucks for him is that for some reason r*pe allegations ( while being the toughest allegations to prove) usually stick with people even when they arent charged or are found innocent. There will undoubtedly still be douchebags who consider him guilty and think he just got away with it because of who he is. Look at the Kobe situation. Not enough evidence isn't the same as her not being raped. That said, I don't think she was raped. His character is probably still going to be in question by people that want to question his character, or leave him off of their Heisman ballot because
1. People still might think he raped her
2. Some people may think that because he cheated on his girlfriend, his character is still in question.


I don't believe either of those things. I think he deserves the Heisman, but some people will still think he doesn't deserve the Heisman, IMO.

False allegations are not cool at all.

False info to an officer isnt enough of a charge when it is a matter like this.

In these cases when an accuser is proved to be lying an arrest should be made.

I am sorry... rmila is right. This will stick with Winston. I can see it already. He will be an NFL QB and his rival team's fans will bring this up non stop.
