yea I know "officially" it is only his second time violated, but now for his second violation, wonder how many times those accusations were actually true?

Plain and simple, if the MLB wants to show it is serious about this PED stuff, they lay the hammer down on repeat offenders.

First time offenders should be 100 games minimum.

CLean up baseball, or simply allow the shit and let everyone use juice.
