braun is banged up (thumb i know of)

he gets a "get out of the season free card" for a lousy 3.25 mil, or 2% of his income

had he appealed, it would have cost him an extra 550k...so hes saving half a mil and gets to sit on his pile of stolen money and heal up for next year, at nearly no cost to him.
