Brady and Gizzelle are 2 of the most well known and recognizable public figures in the world. I don't think it would be hard to defend his refusal to give up his cell phone. Uncooperative? maybe, the franchise should cooperate but why should Brady give up his right to privacy? The text messages are what they have.
