I'm not too optimistic. I wouldn't be surprised if even Brady is expecting the worst but since he's come this far, he might as well take the last step.

The SCOTUS will not and should not hear this case.

I think the en banc hearing will definitely take place, because whatever we have expected, the opposite of that has happened so far.

After listening to many lies early on I have made my decisions on what to believe. Many Pats fans feel Brady was guilty but overly punished. I think I'm in the minority, thinking he is not guilty.

I read a thing from Drew Bledsoe. He believes Brady is fighting because that is what he does. His legacy is being an unrelenting worker, and he doesn't want it tarnished by this stuff.
