Bo is right on with something he said in his post game. The game was not too important B/c they did not need a win to win the Big 12. I am upset we lost but as long as we re focus a win on Friday should not be too difficult.

Bo was pissed when he said that. He knows damn well the game was important. We needed and now we still need a win to take the Big 12 North.

It makes absolutely no sense at all to say the game was not important because we can still win at Colorado. Of course it was because now we still have to win at Colorado and since Colorado is hot and Taylor is injured we just might be up the creek without a paddle.

I for one do not want a team that doesn't give a damn if they lost a game because they still have a chance to win another game. That comment pissed me off and now that it's being rehashed it's pissing me off even more.

There are big games damn it and that was one. Texas was a big game and A&M was a big game irregardless of the CCG implications and it sucks losing big games. Saying it didn't happen only makes it worse.

we do not need to win AT colorado, the game is a home game. That would be absurd for us to go down to colorado and play at an empty stadium while colorado beats a stadium full of fans with no team there.

Bo was pissed when he said that. Bo will be the 1st one to tell you no game is more important than another.

What this win cost us was a chance for a top 5 finish. Whether we won or lost that game, we weren't making the NCG.

I started my post by saying Bo was pissed when he said that. I went on to say it had implications for the CCG (Conference Championship Game). We needed (and need) one more win to lock the Big 12 North. Now since we did not win we go into the COlorado game as a must win with a team that is better now than they have been all season knowing they always play us harder than any other team. And this at a time when our offense is in disarray.

And Bo's saying no game is more important than the other is coach speak. While all games are important some game's are more important than others. My concern here is that this philosophy about big games not being big games is being taken in by young players who are not coming out for the big games.

There is a reason why in college football any team can come out on any given Saturday and win. Simply because that game is "a bigger game" to one team than the other.

In both Texas and A&M, especially Texas the other team clearly thought that particular game was bigger than we did and the scoreboard reflected it.

Now I know I have been critical of Bo recently but I am still a Bo supporter. I am just not going to wear the rose colored glasses. Our team has issues, some being severe.
I expect Bo will address our offensive issues and I hope our motivational issues. I will not pretend they don't exist though just because St. Bo is our coach.
