If the NFL Played in Slow Motion, then maybe it would have been a penalty. but its not, and thats why they didnt say anything till days later instead . In Real Speed it happened so fast it was just a Linebacker Knocking the shit out of a receiver. and if it was in Butkus's time,, Well we all know what it was back then, thats when they were allowed to hurt people in the NFL.
