It seems fitting because the ACC has consistently played the shittiest/goofiest music known to mankind during games -- The Jeffersons Theme song; Welcome Back Kotter; the organist jamming along to Saga's, Wind Him Up.

And yes, Justin Bieber really should have gotten the nod first.

Don't they play the Jeffersons theme for the promotion where they move someone in the shitty seats to the front row ("Movin' On Up") and the Welcome Back Kotter theme when they show on the big screen all of the Leafs alumni that are attending the game? I mean it's still a little goofy and corny but it's not like they're just playing them for fun or because they think they're popular songs with the crowd.

I actually had no idea why they used to play the Jeffersons theme song; learn something new each day I guess. Ok though, fair enough point, but the organ player jamming to Saga and Toto is the most ridiculous thing I've heard. If he was playing those songs without the original recordings providing the groove, I'd probably be cool with it. Reminds me of Natalie Cole doing a duet with her dead dad...only worse.
