Payton's first QB.

He was uh... pretty shitty. He did QB the Bears to their first SB era post-season appearance, though. In 1977 as the NFC's wildcard. Started 3-5, reeled off 6 straight to finish 9-5. Got absolutely THROTTLED by Tom Landry, Roger Staubach, and Tony Dorsett in the first round.
