I wouldnt be that upset. It was a really crappy thing he did and I lost a lot of respect for him, but his work has been questioned in Austin. He missed on DT last yr. 0 DTs in 2014. Had 1 basically 1 DT this yr in ZAycoven. Garnett was not going to make it academically, plus he is a slug. LMAO was a looking around and declassified as a commit in Nov. His recruiting was pretty suspect. Given how he handled this and his recruiting questions, I thik you shoudl consider yourself lucky.

I never really was impressed with Davis. He was OK, nothing worth bragging about. Seems like the DL play got better once Robinson took over.

I think Texas got the better end of the deal. Davis is not a very good recruiter.
He might be a good coach, but you need a stud recruiter at that job.

Davis delivered exactly zero defensive linemen last season.

He did sort of "land" Zaycoven, but that dude is all over the place.
Lets watch and see how many school Zaycoven commits to this week.

Yes I think they basically switched.

But Davis had good success when he was at Alabama before I've read, so hell I don't know if it's good or bad really. I guess they are both good at what they do, and not too many are better.
