Sure he's popular. Popular doesn't equate to good, it just means people don't know the difference.
There are plenty of those kind that aren't terribly good actors.
Nicholas Cage is another one.
Popular, in some good movies, but has little range.
Cage USED to be good. Rewatch face-off. He acted circles around Travolta in that flick. Unfortunately, he has been pretty much crap ever since.

Harrison Ford being available to work in a Blade Runner sequel certainly goes along with the rumors that Ford will NOT be tied-up/busy for the next several years portraying Han Solo in the next few Stars Wars films, as Solo supposedly dies in Star Wars VII (according to leaks/rumors).

He might be tied up/ busy after crashing his antique plane on a golf course and sustaining serious injuries today.

Supposedly, Ford thought Han Solo should have died in Return of the Jedi, but George Lucas wasn’t down with that idea.

...I think the last movie I saw at the cinema = Hangover-2.

Terminator III in 2002.

Before that it was the first Tim Burton Batman.

Before that is was the first Transformers animated movie.

And as much as I loved Blade Runner, I fail to see a need for a sequel.

I'm cautiously optimistic about this movie. Denis Villeneuve can direct.

I feel this could either be a really good movie or a really bad movie and there will be no in-between. Hoping for the best.

This is #2 on my must-see list after Dunkirk.

I have very high expectations of this.

Yea, you can see they are not fucking around in the making of this movie.

However, Ryan Gosling is a top rated talent but can he be the guy you need for this type of movie?
If people had to describe his acting ..how often would you here the word "exciting"

Jared Leto? yea, we know he can play the sick bastard. But can Gosling thrill us in a syfy?

Hollywood really needs to come up with their own original ideas!
